I have a few sources here and there that aid me in keeping up-to-date on the latest Free news. The Internet is also a very useful tool in finding information.

Aaahh....good question. The best way to get in touch with her would be to hit her on her official MySpace page. And yes, that is actually Free.
Where can I find that one Free song? You know, that one with (blank)?
Every song on F.A.L. can be found in the media section. If you can't find what you're looking for there (either the downloads or media player), I really can't help you too much more.
Okay, so what about that one video?
Sorry to say, the same thing goes for videos as audio. If it's not in the video section, I don't have it.
